We take even the perception of workplace misconduct, in any form, very seriously and take appropriate action if violations occur.
Columbia University Facilities is currently conducting an investigation of potential misconduct in the workplace. While it would not be appropriate to comment on the specifics of an ongoing investigation, I can assure you that the alleged misconduct does not directly involve client-related activities or services. In the course of this investigation we will work diligently to ensure a fair process and resolve this matter as expeditiously as possible.
We in Facilities take very seriously our commitment to provide the University community with the highest level of quality and service.
