Speakers include: 

John Spavins, from the Mayor's Office of Contracts and one of the architects of the City's new PLA agreement, will speak about the agreement, its clauses, and how the agreement impacts non-union firms.

Jennifer Redmond, Esq., a prominent construction attorney, will speak about the importance of understanding contract language and important do's and don'ts.

Lou Coletti, President/CEO of the Building Trades Employers Association (BTEA), will speak about the transition process for non-union firms to the various trade associations and considerations firms need to be aware of.
