Columbia Facilities and Operations donated 51 unused and gently used stoves and ovens to several local organizations as part of Sustainable Columbia’s ReUse program. The combo gas stove/oven units became available as part of the gas to electric conversion that is taking place at the East Campus residence hall.
In partnership with donate NYC, the stoves/ovens were donated to Habitat for Humanity, West Harlem Group Assistance and the Church of Saint Luke and Saint Matthew in Brooklyn.
