Each team (department) was challenged to complete an average mile goal. In addition to the team challenge, all participants also competed to be the highest steppers throughout the challenge.
Coming in first place with the highest average of 97.72 average total miles was the Department of Public Safety. Strategic Communications came in second with an average 93.4 total miles steps, with the Department of Campus Services trailing closely behind with an average of 91.2 total miles. Columbia Residential’s Firehiwot Kebede earned the Challenge MVP for completing 709,279 steps, the highest step count by the end of the challenge.
