"This Thanksgiving season we are grateful to be able to continue this cherished annual tradition that helps so many in our local community," says Thomas Carroll, Assistant Vice President of Manhattanville Operations.

In previous years, CUFO has joined other community partners to host an in-person pre-Thanksgiving feast for local seniors. In light of indoor capacity restrictions still in place due to COVID, Columbia’s Manhattanville Operations together with Construction Business Services and Skanska, the construction manager for The Forum building in Manhattanville, were able to safely drop off meals at the six senior homes in Harlem. The meals were prepared by Chef Sandra Mathis of Grace Kelli Cupcakes at Hot Bread Kitchen in East Harlem.
