Giving Thanks
This Thanksgiving season, we share our gratitude for Facilities and Operations staff and also give back to the local community.
In recognition of the hard work and commitment demonstrated over the past year, CUFO employees were offered the choice of food options organized by Columbia Dining, including a frozen turkey, vegetable lasagna, or vegan dish as a token of appreciation for the Thanksgiving holiday. Employees were also given the choice to support Columbia Community Service and donate their gift to a local organization. Members of CUFO were proud to distribute 560 donated turkeys to various organizations, including Broadway Community, Inc., Cathedral Community Cares (CCC), Church of the Ascension Food Pantry, NY Common Pantry, We Are Not Afraid Community Resource Center, and West Side Campaign Against Hunger (WSCAH).
