e’s BAR, an upscale, casual bar and restaurant, has signed a lease with Columbia University to open a second location in Morningside Heights, joining its original Upper West Side location.
At its new location at 2888 Broadway (between 112th and 113th Streets), e’s BAR will have an extensive bar and menu that includes a grass-fed burger, fish tacos, falafel burger, mac-n-cheese balls, and gluten-free and vegetarian options. e’s BAR will feature a rotating seasonal wines-by-the-glass list and a monthly charity cocktail that donates 10% of gross sales of the cocktail to charity. Food delivery service will also be available.
Similar to its Upper West Side location, e’s BAR will have an assortment of board games to play, a jukebox featuring music from 1960 to 1999, and open mic and trivia nights.
The signing of e’s BAR is consistent with Columbia University’s long-standing retail approach which favors businesses that bring a variety of amenities and experiences to the diverse Columbia community and surrounding community.
e’s BAR is anticipated to open in September.
