Through the six-week Emerging Leaders program, participants attended skill-building workshops and developed and presented a project idea that could have a practical impact on CUFO.
Participants in this year’s cohort selected projects that focus on the design of process/workflow efficiencies, the use of technology to streamline operations, empowering staff to focus on high-value tasks, and new employee onboarding programs designed to integrate individuals into the organization swiftly and seamlessly, equipping them with the knowledge, tools, and support needed to become productive from day one. All projects point to fostering a more innovative and agile work environment within CUFO.
