Columbia University Donates New Printers to Local Organizations

May 13, 2021

Columbia University recently donated new HP all-in-one printers to 25 non-profit organizations in Harlem and the surrounding community.

In partnership with Columbia University's Central Purchasing, Columbia's Facilities and Operation's Construction Business Initiatives (CBI) identified and coordinated the delivery of printers with a complimentary three-year service warranty, obtained through Columbia’s relationship with Hewlett-Packard for each non-profit organization. This is the second time that Columbia distributed new printers to non-profit organizations in the local community and is one of many ways that the University uses its resources to support local organizations.

“Columbia University looks forward to supporting our community partners as they transition back from the pandemic.  Their support of others in the community is vital to Upper Manhattan,” said Tanya Pope, Assistant Vice President, University Supplier Diversity for Construction Business Initiatives.
