CUFO Employee Resource Groups Create Staff Connections
Facilities and Operations Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) began meeting in 2025 with a variety of celebratory events, planning meetings, and networking opportunities. ERGs bring staff together centered around a variety of cultures and interests to provide networking and mentorship opportunities, facilitate educational programming, and foster an overall sense of community and belonging.
The Office of Equity and Inclusion launched ERGs at an expo in December 2024. All CUFO employees are encouraged to join an ERG that resonates with them—whether as a community member, ally, colleague, or simply interested in learning more about another culture. More information and sign-up options are available on CUFOnet.
