Facilities and Operations Celebrates Pride Month

The Facilities and Operations (CUFO) Equity & Inclusion (E&I) Council invited members across departments to join their colleagues as proud allies to celebrate and commemorate Pride Month, honoring the LGBTQIA+ equal rights movement and community. 
 
To show their support, CUFO team members wore CUFO Pride Month stickers throughout the month and attended events at Columbia and around the city including the NYC Pride March, a night at Linda Loves Bingo, and a screening and panel discussion on the film: My Name is Pauli Murray. 

Launched in 2022, CUFO’s E&I Council aims to create an organizational culture in which all individuals are valued, have a sense of belonging and connection, and feel empowered to do their best work by hosting events and activities that foster a culture of openness, belonging, and connection.
