Facilities and Operations Launches New Website for Operations Department

Facilities and Operations has developed a new website for its Operations department, which is responsible for the long-term maintenance and day-to-day operations of the buildings, central plants, and grounds at the Morningside and Manhattanville campuses, Baker Athletics Complex, and Nevis Laboratories.

The new Operations website provides a collection of information and resources to understand the roles and responsibilities of the Operations team and how to engage their services. Key features include:

• Instructions for requesting service, including the new and enhanced email and texting options.
• An A to Z library of services to provide a detailed description of the work that Operations performs.
• A directory of buildings across the Morningside and Manhattanville campuses.
• Alerts impacting disability access on campus so that people can know the impacts before they get to camps.
• Important safety information including fire safety and the public access defibrillation program.
• Descriptions of sustainable initiatives, including energy, recycling and more.
• Status of the lower campus lawns at Morningside.
