Dos Toros Taqueria, a fast-casual restaurant known for NorCal–inspired Taqueria cuisine, is the latest Columbia University retail tenant to open its doors.  Patrons can celebrate the opening with Dos Toros and receive a $5 burrito today (February 12) at their new location during the times of 11:30 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Inspired by work with the Earth Institute, Columbia Event Management is excited to offer a Sustainable Living menu curated to feature local ingredients, focusing on vegan and vegetarian options. Menu selections are updated frequently to reflect fresh and seasonal options.

A pre-apprenticeship program for minorities, women, and Upper Manhattan residents to break into the construction industry graduated 25 students, including five women, in its second cohort at a ceremony held at Columbia University on December 4, 2019.

Facilities and Operations has commenced repairs and a historic restoration of the second floor lobby of Low Memorial Library, the first academic building constructed on the Morningside campus in 1897.

Columbia University Facilities and Operations joined with its partners to serve a pre-Thanksgiving feast to local senior citizens at Riverside Church on Tuesday, November 26.  The event was hosted by Facilities and Operations in partnership with West Harlem Development Corporation, NYPD 26th Precinct, and the Morningside Retirement and Health Services.
